• With assistance and guidance from the Health & Safety Manager, takes accountability for H&S within the Store, including a 100% completion rate of the Monthly H&S Checklist to ensure that the store is a safe place to work and buy from

• Demonstrates and encourages exemplary customer service at all times

• Actively manages any complaints received, to ensure satisfactory resolution in a timely manner, in line with company standards • Any other reasonable duties as required

My client have been bringing the highest quality memory foam mattresses direct to people’s homes for over 15 years, becoming one of Europe’s most trusted bedding brands. Their passion is for everybody to sleep on the best mattress they can afford. Their mattresses are made for every body, every bedroom and every budget. Due to theirr continued expansion they now have an opening at their Retail Showroom in High Wycombe.

Key Duties

  • Greeting, Serving and Advising customers to the highest level (face to face, phone and email)
  • Operating the till and accurately handling cash and card transactions
  • Cashing up and banking accurately in accordance with finance procedures
  • Running and implementing store merchandising guidelines
  • Achieve all agreed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Open and Close the store at the appropriate time
  • Ensure displays and the shop floor are clean and tidy at all times
  • Receiving deliveries, unpacking stock to replenish the shop floor or stock room
  • Be vigilant at all times to minimise stock loss or fraudulent transactions

Key Requirements

  • Will have a great personality and bags of enthusiasm
  • Be an excellent communicator with a “customer first” attitude
  • Attention to detail whilst maintaining the ability to multi-task
  • Ideally previous retail experience
  • A good understanding of MS Office, with a bias towards knowledge of Excel
